Pick this place because it was a short walk from the Heritage Bank Center.. The walk was really nice, room was great.. breakfast buffet was good.. but what I really want to talk about is my guy NYCK !!!!!! That dude was helpful, he was nice, I've been in a lot of hotels and he is definitely one of the top three people that I have ever dealt with at a hotel front desk.. He answered all my questions. With details and honesty.. I wish every front desk employee was like him..... Nyck if you see this thanks for all your help buddy!!!!

I’ve stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it, especially because it’s newer and has very clean, modern rooms. My first stay in July was excellent, I had a full suite with a bathtub on the third floor, which was spacious and comfortable. That’s part of why I returned. This recent stay was different. I wasn’t aware when booking that the hotel now has a newer room category called the “efficiency suite,” which is much smaller and doesn’t offer the same full-suite layout. When I checked in, I realized I had been placed in an efficiency room rather than a full suite. I asked the front desk if I could move to a room with a tub, and I was told that only four rooms on the property have tubs and that they are all efficiency suites. That was surprising since my previous room in July was a full suite with a tub. There may be some confusion on room types, so it would be helpful for front desk staff to have accurate information and for the distinction to be clearer during booking. I also noticed the water in my tub/shower never got past lukewarm. I messaged the front desk, and they apologized that it wasn’t hot.my guess is since it was night time there wasn’t anything they could do at that hour since maintenance was gone for the night. That’s understandable, it just didn’t leave a great impression for the stay. Overall, the hotel is still very clean, modern, and in a great location, and I’ve had great experiences here before. This particular stay just didn’t live up to the first one due to the room type misunderstanding and the hot water issue. I would stay here again, but I’d make sure to confirm the room layout and tub type ahead of time.

His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service. Nick made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend this location because of him!

Location was perfect, we walked to take my daughter to the museum. The hotel was gorgeous, we loved the decor, outdoor space and amenities. My partner took advantage of the “self serve” draft beer wall, and it was even reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. My only complaint would be the pillows were terrible and the bed was horrible. The bed slanted downwards (room 229) at the head and we slept with our feet above our noses. The pillows were so incredibly flat, they were useless. I 100% recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning, hopefully. Though, I think we will bring our own pillows because we value neck and back support.

We've stayed here 3 times now, when we visit. The kids and I love it, great rooms and service. Breakfast tho , we usually end up going out because the selection is odd and limited. But we love the other amenities. Safe elevator security(room key needed to go above lobby) and safe well lit parking garage. Definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants & entertainment options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and informative throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the manager’s social hour at 5 PM, which offered complimentary food and beer. The rooftop bar provided beautiful views of the surrounding area, and the fitness center was impressively clean and well-equipped with amenities not typically found in standard hotel gyms. Our suite was spotless, featuring a spacious in-room kitchen, a comfortable bed with quality pillows, and a great bathroom with consistently hot water. Overall, we highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the area.

What a beautiful modern hotel. Glass shower doors always a+ sofa bed nice size but of course uncomfortable for adult sleeping in my opinion Market place bar and patio open space for small gathering w gas grill private use nice! Rooftop closed on Sunday which was disappointing because we were in Town for Lions vs Bengals! Plenty of seating in the lobby w a nice small store Big Daddy’s liquor beer and wine walk up and drive thru store behind the hotel open until 2 am Kroger / Family Dollar just to add a few quick stops

For a new hotel, I am pleasantly surprised. We stayed on the top floor of this hotel. First things first, the room layout is great. A little tight on the walk way to the bed. Everything else was wonderfully done. The view of a run down liquor store and construction isn't great. So just keep the curtains drawn and the TV on. The front desk staff were friendly and professional but also able to joke. The house keeping walking around were also kind. The gym here was wonderful and has a water dispenser. The rooftop bar is nice and the food is actually decent. There were some negatives though. Signage for parking and getting to the lobby is lacking. Once you get your bearings then you are fine. The elevators are slow, probably due to being busy the night we stayed. The breakfast was either amazing or awful, not sure which because most of the food was out when we got there. Most of the tables were dirty or full. We ended up eating what little we could outside. With no water because the dispenser was empty. At the end of the day, I would stay here again.
